Collections Administrator

• Aston Carter’s client is looking to add a Collections Administrator to their team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension*. This position will be directly supporting one of our client’s collectors with their portfolio. Their responsibilities will be collections based with some administrative duties. On a day to day basis this person will be using Nitro to fix invoices and change PO’s on invoices. Sometimes this will involve reading through services contract to verify the correct information. Also, they will be submitting change actions when errors are found. Lots of work on Excel and working closely with other collections advisors. This role doesn’t involve call on past due payments.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
• Must Haves: * -Advanced excel skills (must know formulas and be very comfortable with pivot tables)
• Must get 80%+ on Excel test -1-3 years of AR or Collections experience
• 1-3 years of Admin experience
• Strong communication skills are important
• Nice to Haves:*
• Accounts Receivables experience
• Taulia Portal experience is an asset
• SAP
