Key Responsibilities:

Product Growth Support:

• Be the cold chain solutions subject matter expert to support the business where needed with sales/contracting/proposals best practices and capabilities including interaction and onsite visits with customers.

• Drive Area solution product development and salesforce/ lead generation enhancement initiatives based on North America customer / market requirements as well as productivity improvement initiatives.

• Keep informed on area / regional / global cold chain solution projects and products in order to provide support as necessary across international and domestic cold chain management.

• Explore ideas and avenues for growing cold chain solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding current market gaps and needs or supporting global efforts to land new business.

• Work with CCL global solution management teams and commercial heads (CCOs, vertical heads) to ensure proper product coverage and strategic approach for the ‘must-win’ pursuits.

• Ensure new NAM & global rollouts are made available to all Regional teams and provide strategic support and training for the region (Front line sales and Vertical Products).

• Provide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision making for delivering the outlined financial results.

• Performs other position related duties as specified by management

New customers onboarding

• Organize and lead meetings/calls with new customers as part of the onboarding process
• Establish SOP’s and KPI’s
• Engage IT when required
• Set-up new accounts in the required systems
• Setting-up the onboarding timelines and ensure that deadlines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cold Chain Logistics
• Technical product knowledge including experience in the product pricing and go to market strategies;
• Strong financial and business acumen;
• Knowledge of the local market;
• Customer-centric and strong understanding of needs and pain points;
• Self-directed/entrepreneurial; Stakeholder management & collaboration in a matrix organization.
