Kids3 Daycare in Downtown Edmonton, approved for 109 children is a Reggio based center and we follow Flight curriculum. We believes the success is based on enthusiastic and compassionate team of employees and parents.

Kids3 Daycare is currently seeking a highly motivated person for the position of a permanent full-time Program Supervisor. The Director will report t the owner and will manage the child care services according to "The Child Care Act" and The Child Care Regulations.

This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions:

Perform administrative duties and record keeping

Manage approximately 20-22 permanent staff

Report to Director/ Executive Director

Act as a liaison between the center, staff and parent

Assisting with housekeeping duties

Maintain daycare supplies and equipment

Access the developmental level of children

Plan and develop day-to-day activities

Ensure the delivery of quality licensed childcare center

Adhere to the Accreditation Standards

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to multi task while maintaining a positive attitude

Ability to problem solving and make decisions

Team building skills with an emphasis on collaboration, communication and coordination

First aid/CPR training and Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search prior to start date.

Two year diploma in Early Childcare Education and at least 2 years experience in the child care setting as a Program Supervisor.
