Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and 2 years of related experience in areas such as working with enterprise applications, preferably in post-secondary education or public domain, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Good knowledge of functional analysis, quality assurance, and change management best practices.
• Must have a solid understanding in the specific ERP subject area.
• Strong knowledge in the use of enterprise resource planning applications (e.g. Oracle Peoplesoft, Ellucian Banner, SAP).
• Strong business analysis skills, with a proven ability to successfully conduct business and systems process analysis and design at a medium level of complexity to ensure solutions meet long-term business strategies.
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, teamwork, and mentorship skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
