Position title Business Analyst Contract position

Duration: 6 months (with likely extension based on performance)

Locations Vancouver BC CA or Seattle WS U.S.

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position(3 days in office/2 days remote)

Requirements:

Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience: 3-5 years as a technical business analyst; HR domain experience required, ideally in either enterprise learning/LMSs or Hiring/systems

integrated tech stack: Workday (Core HCM), Dayforce (Workforce Management), Avature (career site, applicant tracking & candidate relationship management), as well as Docebo (Enterprise Learning), and integrations to downstream partners for benefits administration, payroll, etc. Supporting in the client’s Talent Enablement space, with the primary system being Avature or Docebo.

Translating business strategy into structured solution requirements

Conducting requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders and technical teams to develop, validate business and system requirements

Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs

Facilitating stakeholders’ sessions to document current state business process, pain points and design desired future process

Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements

Assisting in developing and documenting testing strategies and managing testing execution

Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders

Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
