Qualifications/ Skills

• Minimum 19+ years of age
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Experience with POS systems
• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
• Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work well in high volume, high level of care, retail environment
• Ability to work as a member of a team;
• Strong cannabis knowledge
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
• Ensure compliance in all transactions
• Prior retail or customer service experience is required
• Selling it Right Certificate (required)
• Adhere to company standards to foster an environment of integrity, positivity, compassion, leadership and teamwork.
• Adhere to Provincial and Municipal policy and regulations for retail Cannabis stores.
• Comply with government standards for inventory excellence and service requirements.
• Be available for shifts to support the needs of the business, specifically peak times, including holidays, and weekends.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Offer warm & welcoming, quality customer service
• Experience with inventory, stocking or retail sales is an asset
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ensure the satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on efficiency and teamwork
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in-store inventory as well as industry-wide product knowledge
• Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends
• Checking customers’ identification documents to verify that they are of legal age
• Opening/ Closing store duties
• Organize & display manage in-store displays & assets

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
