We are currently seeking a Bilingual Tenders and Proposals Analyst to join our team in Vaughan, ON. Tenders and Proposals Analyst is responsible for managing inquiries related to contract processes and supporting all tasks and functions related to RFP and contract management. The primary goal being to deliver quality proposals within the customers’ defined deadlines in order to win the business for Cardinal Health Canada. This role will also provide in-depth focus on validity and legal review of the documents. You will manage multiple Tenders/RFPs submissions at a given point in time, leading cross-functional teams from all parts of the business. The Tenders & Proposals Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring the status of the submitted Tenders, and once the results are announced the Analyst will coordinate the activities between the customer and internal teams to sign the contract.

What will you contribute to Cardinal Health
Ownership and accountability of Tender/RFP submission throughout its lifecycle from inception to closure
Monitoring designated bid sites to identify new opportunities
Planning, coordination and execution of all activities for the preparation of tender/RFP submissions
Working with cross functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Customer Service to collect, prepare and submit all requested product/service, pricing and incentive information to the customers
Ownership and accountability for the submission of quality proposals within the customer defined deadlines
Managing relationships with internal & external customers
Creating and managing project plans with weekly progress updates to management
Monitoring status of the submitted tenders and RFPs
Coordinating all the activities between the customer and internal teams to sign the contract
Updating and maintaining the systems with all the relevant data for the awarded business
Creation and distribution of selected reports for the awarded business
Support projects as needed
Qualifications
Post secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred
Bilingualism (French & English) isa must

Ability to analyze data, to problem solve and identify solutions
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe

Proven time management and organizational skills to support meeting deadlines and ensuring stakeholders adhere to their deadlines
