Adecco Professional Staffing is currently hiring for 2 Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings for a busy, growing client in Markham, ON. To be considered for this dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Markham, ON you must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a corporate customer service setting or within a call center. This exciting long standing temporary opportunity is available NOW so please read on if you are intrigued - please note that there is high potential for this to extend or become permanent down the road as well! As an added plus, the working hours are would be Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm (no evenings or weekends!) - the position commences as a hybrid of work from home and in office but will return to fully in-office when the time comes; free parking and YRT accessible.

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Markham, ON may include;

  • Responds to incoming calls in a professional and diligent manner, in both English and French
  • Answer questions, inquiries and deal with problems/issues in a positive and time sensitive way
  • Take in and process customer orders in a order entry system; strong technical and administrative skills to be used in this role
  • Respond to email inquiries and orders in both English and French
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Please note that this is NOT A SALES position

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative job openings in Markham, ON include;

  • At least 1-year experience in a Customer Service position, ideally call center or corporate
  • Bilingual (French/English) - written and spoken - non-negotiable
  • Related post-secondary education or relevant work-related experience
