What does that mean?
We look at every single aspect of a vehicle purchase and remove all of the friction points.


Here’s a few examples:

You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don’t we’ll pick it up


Job description:

  • Building a dealer buyer portfolio
  • Build strong relationships/rapport with various dealerships across the market
  • Contribute to team building and CRM growth
  • Auction non-retail inventory and make money saving decisions
  • Effectively coordinate/collaborate with multiple departments (Reconditioning, Logistics and Accounting)
  • Make improvements to current processes
  • Hit weekly targets based on assigned selling requirements
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members
  • Manage vehicle inventory in Salesforce
  • Provide leadership and guidance, and ongoing feedback to direct reports regarding performance, productivity, work quality and adherence to the company policy and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience as wholesaler in a dealership environment is considered a valuable asset, but not a requirement
  • Willingness to learn and work at all levels to support department’s goals
  • Basic Understanding of the overall automotive industry passion for automobiles and a foundational knowledge of vehicle brands, makes, models and market trends are required
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and other related softwares etc. is considered an asset
  • Able to work flexible hours throughout the week in accordance with auctions across Canada
  • Self starter and ability to work independently
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
