Be Creative is hiring!

We are a new art and craft store that is opening by the end of June. We will be carrying canvases, paint, brushes and more. We are looking for someone who might be already in this field or has a passion for it. It would be an asset to have knowledge in this area.

If you have some Jewellery making experience, it is an asset to this job

Job Description :

• Working with the public instore
• Answering telephones
• Working on the computer
• Organizing inventory
• Cleaning/tidying showcases
• Willing to work with others, as well as alone
• Dealing with cash/debit/credit
• Dealing with art and art supplies

Qualifications :

• Grade 12 graduate
• Cell phone/Home phone (verifiable phone #)
• Outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking to customers
• Comfortable answering the telephone
• Must have basic computer skills
• Knowledge of art supplies would be an asset

We will be open Tuesday thru Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We will never be open Sunday’s or holiday’s.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
