Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain first in/first out process for all storage rooms
• Deliver all lounge food/beverage requests on time and as per order placed
• Work with culinary team to understand how/where each food item has to be stored
• Update the inventory list on daily basis to ensure correct ordering
• Monitor food temperature, rotation of stock items, maintain cleanliness and par stock levels in all storage areas
• Help F&B team with inventory when required on a weekly & monthly basis
• Delivery of F&B cutlery, crockery and glass ware to all lounges
• Cleaning of kitchen hood, grease interceptor, kitchen refrigerator in all lounges
• Work as lounge maintenance and maintenance person whenever required.

• Able to lift up 50lbs baggage
• COVID-19 related requirements: Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
