POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our rental complex, located in Laval, is currently looking for an administrative/rental assistant for its rental building. Under the supervision of the Regional-Multi-Residential Director, the building manager must plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Multi-residential complex. The building manager humanizes the service both with tenants and with employees under his supervision.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of management experience (an asset)
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of real estate management
  • Mastery of the laws of Quebec governing rental properties
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
