Your Part in It:

Working out of our growing Halifax branch, we are looking for someone who can aid in the entry of various documents and data.

Your work will support multiple departments and teams here at Traffic Tech. This position is ideal for any recent graduate or someone looking to step into the finance/accounting world. With lots of room to grow, this entry level position is ideal for someone wanting to join our rapidly expanding company.

DATA ENTRY CLERK

What the Job Entails:

• Scan documents and do data-entry
• Invoice our customers – using our system/ theirs;
• Distribute customer invoices accordingly (mail, fax, email, scanning etc.);
• Validate our supplier payments and information;
• Verify documentation (Bills of lading, proof of deliveries, receipts, scale tickets, unloading receipts, customs paperwork, etc.);

What We Are Looking For:

• No experience required! Ideal for recent grads!
• Good knowledge of Excel/Word & Outlook;
• Good communication skills;
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of Excel/Word & Outlook
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
• Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday

Traffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities. For example, upon arrival masks are mandatory, employees are greeted by our in-house full-time health screeners, social distancing is maintained in all common areas (6ft/2m), hand sanitizer stations are strategically spaced out around the office, there is a restricted flow of traffic within the office to avoid interdepartmental spreads or outbreaks, and increased cleaning of all office spaces and warehouses.
