What will you do?

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Procurement, the incumbent will be the primary point of contact for our internal customers and external business partners for information and support requests. Specifically, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities :

• Confirm and follow up on customer orders;
• Coordinate the shipment of backordered components to customers in collaboration with the Project Execution Department (PEX);
• Prepare Quick Ship request forms;
• Assist the Logistics Department in preparing shipping documentation;
• Update various IT tracking tools and reports;
• All other related tasks.
  

**The role required to be able to work from our office in Drummondville**

What will you need to succeed?

• Attestation of college studies in Logistics, Management, or a field related;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service;
• Different but equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered;
• Ability to demonstrate rigour, resourcefulness, initiative, versatility, and determination;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work within a team, collaborative spirit and strong ability to manage priorities;
• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel);
• Knowledge of SAP (SD and WM modules) is an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written);
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
