We are looking to fill a variety of roles, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Promotions agents. Full training is provided for all positions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms, and applications
  • Identify and deescalate customer issues

Experience/Requirements:
  • Six months or more experience in a customer service environment preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Background screening – must be over 18
