You’re passionate about analyzing and understanding customer data!

The Customer Experience Analyst brings an analytical and data driven mindset to support the CX team and internal stakeholders in executing the customer experience vision and roadmap to evolve the customer experience at Empire Communities. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and generating data-driven actionable insights reporting that supports internal stakeholders to optimize productivity, value, and customer referrals; prepare quarterly updates and annual divisional reporting related to customer experience performance, KPIs, metrics, etc., and support Empire’s Client Portal, including helping clients with questions, as well as onboarding new internal divisions and increasing portal adoption.

What You’ll Bring:

A post-secondary degree in Business Management or a related field of study, as well as certification in data analytics

A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to assist with reporting

Ability to understand, analyze, report and present/visualize CX data in an engaging way

Salesforce, Power BI, Driver analysis and Regression experience is an asset
