Customer Care Representative

We are currently looking for (19) Customer Care Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

  • Hourly salary of $21.02.
  • 06-month contract.
  • Full-time position, 37.50 hours per week.
  • Work-life balance: hybrid Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office
  • Training period: 4 to 5 weeks.
  • Weekday training schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Post-training weekday schedule: Rotational shifts, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • No weekend shifts.
  • 3 weeks advance notice for assigned work shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow- up services, all pertaining to group plan insurance benefits.
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience, accurately and professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive information to callers, resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems.
  • Meeting productivity and quality objectives established by the department as well as Customer Experience Call Audits.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 6+ months work experience in a call center environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in industries such as technology or retail (an asset).
  • Proficient in using computer systems.
  • Must be able to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail is a crucial skill.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service abilities, exhibit empathy towards customers, and be patient.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly.
