Creaform-Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our operations department is looking for a clerk to take care of the operations required for shipping and receiving goods. You will be responsible for

• Receiving, counting and visually inspecting incoming goods:


• Greet the carriers, physically receive the merchandise;


• Control the quantity of the parts at the reception;


• Ensure the good physical condition of the items received;


• Carry out the operations of reception of the POs in the ERP system;


• Perform RMA receiving operations in the CRM system;


• Sort and distribute products according to their internal destination (Inspection, warehouse, RMA, other...);


• Place raw materials on the shelves;


• Notify the people in the departments concerned by the material received of the status of the goods;


• Report any anomaly (physical state, quantities, missing PO...) to the dedicated people;


• Apply the rules of the air cargo security program in the delimited area of the receiving/shipping department.

You have the profile if you...



- Have a high school diploma or relevant experience;

- Are an autonomous, responsible and resourceful person;

- Are physically fit;

- Are meticulous, orderly and enjoy manual work;

- Enjoys working in a team;

- Is comfortable with computer work.
