We currently have the following opportunity:
CPAP Specialist – Regulated Health Professional (RRT)
ProResp Windsor (Windsor, Ontario)
Part-time Permanent Position (2 days/week Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)
As a CPAP Specialist with ProResp, you will assume a primary role in providing CPAP therapy. This includes initiation and on-going support, client education and optimal equipment application. Your clinical experience and first-rate assessment skills will enable you to offer excellent client care. As a team member, you will play an integral part in continuing the success of community respiratory care and CPAP therapy.

Preferred skills and abilities:

• Health care experience with demonstrated clinical skills (RRT)
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient care
• Experience working in customer service, retail sales experience preferred
• Able to work independently; strong organizational and excellent communication skills
• Team focused
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

Hours of work*: 2 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Some flexibility in hours will be required to meet business needs.
Essential Business Needs:

• Valid certificate with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO)
• Original vulnerable sector police records check, in good standing.

Education: Graduate of a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
Language Requirements: Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. A second language is considered an asset.
Physical demands:

• Walking, sitting, standing, driving, stair climbing and lifting
• Unassisted, must be able to regularly lift and carry soft goods and equipment up to 15 kgs; occasionally required to lift and push/pull equipment up to 25 kgs.
