Koalafiedis excited to be supporting our client in this very unique opportunity for an experienced (position) to join their Mississauga location. We’re enthusiastic about finding the future leaders of our organization, including the important position of Sales Trainer.

We have already doubled in size this past year and need your help to continue to grow. We have an immediate need to hire an ambitious and high performing Bilingual Corporate Sales Trainerto join our new Toronto/Mississauga location. Currently, we at Koalafied are in need of our Corporate Sales Trainer to speak, write, and communicate effectively in both English and French.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Some of the responsibilities for the Corporate Sales Trainer are, but not limited to:

• Lead and facilitate virtual training sessions for assigned campaigns

• Monitor and action assigned tasks relating to sales quality and performance, compliance and onboarding

• Work with operations and marketing team on special projects relating to training, compliance, onboarding and sales quality/performance.

• Manage sales records, leads management and marketing/product updates

• Act as the prime contact for specific communications between company and client.

Who Are You?

• Proven Leader in the Telecom (preferred) industry

• Fluent in both English and French

• 3+ years of experience succeeding in a sales role

• Competitive, but also works well in a team environment

• A quick learner, a hard worker and eager to develop new skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

• Reliable and able to command a room with a valued work ethic

• A strong communicator both verbally and in writing

• Adaptable and capable of wearing multiple hats

• A competitive attitude that is strongly driven by results

• Comfortable using all the Google Apps (Spreadsheet/Gmail/Drive/Docs/Forms)

We are looking for a candidate who has had 2 - 3 years experience in a management capacity.

JOB TYPE AND COMPENSATION:

• Full Time Availability

• $50k Per Year + Quarterly bonuses

Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
