As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is to support the recruitment team through various administrative and operational tasks entrusted in you.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment efforts across the country by coordinating phone/video interviews, creating candidate profiles, posting jobs in Workday and external websites, etc.
  • Perform administrative processes related to recruitment and the needs of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • In a timely manner, reply to internal clients and candidates’ inquiries, while ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Coordinate background verifications through an external supplier.
  • Coordinate recruitment events in collaboration with Talent Acquisition advisors.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or human resources role
  • Autonomy and takes initiative
  • Ability to adapt easily
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Capacity for organization and priority management
  • Have a sense of urgency and be action-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Office 365
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
  • Experience with Workday, an asset
