About The Role

HUB International continues to grow and we are looking for an experienced Coordinator to provide effective wellness support to assigned clients in our National Accounts Team (NAT) under Health Consulting within our Employee Benefits Consulting Practice. This position will work with large organizations across Canada. This is a fast-paced role and involves strong teamwork, technical skills, and service excellence. This role reports to the Associate Vice President, Health Consulting.

What You’ll Do

Working directly with existing clients on a day-to-day basis to execute Wellness Programs that aligns with their strategy, tasks include:

Providing excellent service to our clients via telephone or email to assess and fulfil their wellness program requirements.

Attending and facilitating client meetings or Wellness Committee meetings, developing agenda’s, documenting meeting notes, and follow through with all action items.

Keeping clients on track with their annual wellness calendars to meet desired objectives.

Analyzing, benchmarking, measuring, and tracking through data analytic reviews and developing scorecards/metric documents to ensure wellness program sustainability.

Preparing client facing power point reports based on strategies developed.

Liaise with vendors or insurance carriers to help execute targeted programs.

Maintaining and updating client files within our internal network.

Working collaboratively with current HUB Health Consultant on all existing clients.

Conducting industry research on wellness issues and trends.

Peer reviewing and providing feedback on documents developed for team members.

Assisting with special projects, as required.

Working with the NAT Health Consulting Team to streamline processes and develop templates for efficiency.

What You’ll Need for Success

Post-secondary education and/or related courses that would fall under wellness or mental health.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in wellness, mental health, or the healthcare sector an asset

Strong data analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to deliver high quality client work with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.

Strong time management, prioritization, and project management skills.

Growth minded, seeks feedback and ongoing development.

Adaptable and a quick study, high tolerance for change in a growing and evolving organization.

Excellent customer service skill set with clients, vendors, and insurers.

Knowledge of latest trends in health and vendors that support overall total health.

Problem solver: proactive and positive approach; ability to exercise initiative and follow up skills, with great written and verbal communication.

Teamwork abilities and self-motivated: strong team player and ability to work independently (demonstrates initiative as a self-starter and endeavors to maintain a stable level of productivity).

Interpersonal skills: Possess superb interpersonal skills and the competence to work with different individuals from a diverse background. Looking for a candidate that can also create a fun work environment while being supportive to the entire team.

Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook), and highly comfortable with technology.
