As a content creator with Peak Performance Products, you’ll engage closely with our team to produce multimedia content that’s not just seen but felt. From creating compelling short videos to vibrant social media content, your creative touch will help shape our community engagement and grow our brand recognition.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of social media strategies to grow brand awareness and promote engagement by replying to DMS, comments, and feedback from the audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop content strategies, and execute campaigns effectively.
• Utilize Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to design high-quality graphics and visual assets.
• Handle video shooting responsibilities, ensuring high-quality footage that aligns with our brand image and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day activities on the internal social media accounts.
• Developing content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to make data-driven decisions and improve content strategy.
• Capture, create, script, review, and edit all pieces of content as required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation.
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and multimedia production.
• Knowledge of social media management.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Project management and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset for team projects.
• Adaptability to changing trends and technologies.
• Viewable portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
