What does the opportunity look like?

You’ll be leading a construction project (expected to last a little over a year) from start to finish and meet deadlines while achieving quality of work, inspections and successful safe coordination of trades. The commercial project is for a state of the art, unique and deep green (powered by solar panels and geothermal energy, with net zero certification) commercial facility for one of our flagship pet hospitals. We have the build permit, a local engineering team, an Architect and we are ready to go into the ground with the project.

• Lead our construction project from start to finish on the north side of Lethbridge
• Coordinating trade teams
  • Motivating the team to meet specific deadlines
  • Monitoring the quality of work
  • Inspections are completed
  • Maintaining a high level of safety

What are we looking for?

• Project Management (PMP) certification or a red seal trades certification (ex. Carpenter)
• 10 years of related experience in total in construction and leading a team as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience with ICF block construction
• Someone who can successfully motivate a team to meet deadlines
