Construction Estimator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the day to day estimating activities for multiple commercial, institutional, and industrial building construction project pursuits
• Work closely with upper management and project management to deliver completed tenders and secure projects for the organization
• Work with third party stakeholders, owners reps and trades to ensure effective tender closings and submissions
• All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Over ten years of experience in construction estimating working for established ICI GC’s in the ON market
• Strong network of industry professional contacts and sub-trades
• Excellent track record of delivering effective tenders and estimates on schedule and converting to project awards
• Expertise in commercial, institutional, and industrial builds, full cycle project estimating experience
• Strong leadership, technology and general construction knowledge and experience

Our client is an established ICI GC, dedicated to commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects across the ON market. Their work ranges from complex renovations to ground up new builds.

Due to current growth, the organization is looking to secure an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team to be based in their head office in London.
