Job Description

As the Community MarketingCoordinator, you will provideadministrative and hands-on support for community initiatives in Canada. If youhavestrong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, a keen attention to detail, and thrive on keeping information, people and processes organized, keep reading, this job is for you!

The Role:
  • Responsible for keeping timelines, projects, and campaigns on track
  • Assist with budget tracking by being responsible for processing invoices and POs
  • Act as key point person for Community decks/presentations, and other combined documents: formatting, collecting necessary info, and project/timeline management
  • Support with Community events, activations, and experiences
  • Assist with local Community strategy including email, social media, influencers, and activations
  • Provide administrative support for all community related events
  • Manage, track and coordinate product orders and samples
  • Participate in team and department brainstorms and conduct market research as required
  • Support Canada Marketing department in administrative duties such as scheduling team meetings, assemble marketing recaps and maintaining workback schedules when required
  • Coordinate messengers/courier services and handle all shipping on behalf of the Canada Community team

About You:
  • Exceptional skills in digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 1 – 2 years experience in marketing, public relations, communications and/or similar field
  • Abreast of the latest community trends and constantly learning
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Analytics/BI tools
  • Experience using and interest in social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Natural connector who works well with others internally and externally, positive team player that exudes a positive and personable attitude
