Job Summary

We are looking to expand our team! The Community Cloud Administrator will assist in designing and implementing solutions using Community Cloud (Digital Experience) functionality. In this role, you will work closely with the Salesforce Architect and other administrators to enable effective and efficient execution of digital experience best practices through the delivery of online customer and partner communities, knowledge, user support and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting solutions for multiple customer communities, partner communities and the related registration processes.
  • Work with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure Sales Cloud and existing/new Communities are cohesive in design.
  • Build solutions that scale and perform.
  • Conduct gap analysis identifying any business needs that cannot be met with out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Meet and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Follow a consistent and automated way to build, package, and test applications during the development cycle.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine an appropriate solution design considering capabilities, limitations and design trade-offs.
  • Responsible for overseeing community management and moderation.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator (Community Cloud and Sales Cloud)
  • Experience implementing partner or customer communities is required.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, workflows, validation rules, custom views, reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of profiles, roles, field security, permission sets, record sharing and how they all relate to object/record visibility.
  • Salesforce Community Cloud certification.
  • Excellent project management skills.
