Job Description:
Team Digital Network, a leading provider of digital billboard advertising and digital menu boards, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our advertising solutions to businesses and securing new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients in the local market.
• Present and demonstrate our digital billboard advertising and digital menu board solutions to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with digital advertising and technology is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Note:This is a commission-only position. The successful candidate will be compensated solely based on sales performance and will not receive a base salary or benefits package.

Salary: $0.01-$10,000.00 per month
