Commercial Roofer (FT)

• Installing, repairing, or replacing roofing systems using materials such as asphalt and gravel.
• Installing, repairing, or replacing shingles and other roofing tiles.
• Applying waterproof coatings to concrete surfaces.
• Installing and repairing metal roofs using hand and power tools.

• Must have experience in high-specification projects such as hospitals or airports, including incorporating seismic installations and infection control protocols.
• have at least five years’ experience in a similar position with stellar references.
• Preferably be certified in OSHA/NCCER health and safety training including fall arrest, WHIMIS, and man-lift operation.
• Must be willing and able to work at significant heights.
• Must have your own transportation or ability to secure transportation.

• Must be a Canadian citizen.
• Previous experience in commercial foreperson roles.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
