CNIB Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate, outgoing, ethically minded world changer to lead our team of Outdoor Fundraisers, to engage and inspire people to support our charity partner, Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to create positive and meaningful differences in the world. You will be responsible for training and motivating a team of face-to-face fundraisers to achieve personal and team targets. The ideal Team Leader has a proven track record of achieving targets and will lead from the front, using their excellent communication skills and fundraising ability to acquire quality monthly donations.

What we are looking for in a TeamLeader:

• Fundraising experience/street/door to door/telephone
• Ability to engage and motivate others
