Integral Machining is currently seeking a full-time CNC Machinist to join their expanding team!

Responsibilities

• Perform initial set-ups and run first offs.
• Produce machined parts using 3- and 4-axis mills
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Liaise with managers to provide constructive feedback and improvements to processes.
• Maintain ISO quality standards and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Ability to program VMCs
• Ability to set up and run first off parts.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Time management and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Self motivated and requires minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
• Ability to prioritize multi-disciplinary projects and conflicting deadlines.
• Knowledge of Haas / Fanuc controls considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Fusion 360 or similar CAM software considered an asset.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD Software (preferably SolidWorks) considered an asset.

About Us

Integral Machining was established in 1989 and is a family owned business. Over the past 30 years Integral Machining has provided machining and design services to many industries such as: Aerospace, medical (dental and orthopedic), alternative fuels, instrumentation and photonics to name a few.

We are a small production and jobbing shop with production runs of 100-200 parts in the mill and lathe departments and up to 2000 parts in our Swiss turn department. We pride ourselves on our micro-machining department, where we produce parts with 1 micron tolerances.
