The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and financial support services for a team of executive directors, directors, managers and staff, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.
You independently manage your own workload while taking into consideration changing priorities, tight deadlines, volume of work and available resources.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience working in an office setting.
Preference may be given to applicants with any one of the following:
- Experience providing administrative/clerical/secretarial support gained in a professional office environment (senior management or executive office).
- Experience with CLIFF
- Experience with eApprovals.
- Experience with ARCS/ORCS

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 3 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
This position can be based in any of the following Ministry of Housing offices: Victoria, Burnaby, or Kelowna.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future permanent vacancies.
