Job Summary

Bring your strong administrative experience and superior organizational skills to this position

This position coordinates FOI requests, records management and facilities for the Office of the Provincial Health Officer and provides administrative support to Deputy Provincial Health Officers and other office staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation and completion of an Office Administration and Management course.
  • 3 years experience working in an executive office setting (ADM’s office, Deputy’s office or equivalent).
  • Office experience working in a confidential capacity.
  • Experience applying legislation and regulations.
  • Experience researching information from the internet and other sources.


Preference may be given to applicants who:

  • Self identify as Indigenous (e.g., First Nations, Métis, or Inuit).

About this Position:

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
