Client Liaison & Office Assistant

The Aesthetic Lounge offers an elevated anti-aging experience in Ottawa. We treat an extensive range of skin conditions with customized treatment plans based on the specific needs of our clients. We offer a unique client experience in a pristine setting in the heart of the vibrant community of Hintonburg.

We are looking for someone who will materialize the elevated client experience both in welcoming our clients and ensuring that their experience at the Lounge is perfect.

You are passionate about client experience and organizing events? You smile a lot and have tons of initiative? Make your way in!!!

You will

• Work directly with the CEO in preparing events
• Manage our client management systems
• Will be the face of the clinic in welcoming clients and ensuring that their experience at the Lounge is perfect (from check-in to check out)
• Keep tab on inventory and facilitate orders
• Marketing with Facebook/Instagram post
