The Elinesky Schuett Private Wealth Management team of RBC Dominion Securities (Elinesky Schuett) is one the largest and fastest growing advisor teams in the country and our mission is to be the premier wealth service provider to high net worth individuals in the region by delivering a world class investment management, wealth management, and client service experience.

The Role

To deliver a world class client service experience, Elinesky Schuett is currently seeking a dynamic Client Experience Associate to help take our service experience to the next level. The CEA will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors on the phone, in the office, and on targeted client-facing communications. The CEA will actively partner with the Associates, Investment Advisors, and Financial Planners to ensure we’re delivering legendary customer experiences and that our service plan commitments are proactively managed, maintained, and executed.

What will you do?

Deliver a World Class Greeting Experience
  • Delight and surprise our clients, partners, and visitors at every encounter, helping to provide a personalized and memorable experience, whatever the medium and whatever the situation

DRIVE OUR CONTACT SERVICE PLAN
  • Partner with our team to manage our scheduling software and manage our contact service plan for our entire book of business

TAKE OUR CRM SOFTWARE TO THE NEXT LEVEL
  • Partner with our teams to develop, refine, and own our client and partner profiles to support delivering a world-class service

MASTER OUR SERVICE JOURNEY
  • Partner with our team to learn and improve all processes that drive client and partner touch points across in-person and digital experiences to ensure we’re delivering world class service

BE THE VOICE OF OUR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
  • Speak with clients and partners on a daily basis. Ensure they are overly satisfied with our service levels. Bring ideas back to the Investment Advisor, Financial Planner, Trading, Marketing, and Associate teams for continued creativity and improvement

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 5+ years in hospitality, luxury client service, or related industry
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class service that will come across as professional, warm, thoughtful, proactive, and friendly
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you have the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds, with confidence and grace
  • Must have a driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation available to support with client experience initiatives

Nice-to-have
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Specific experience with RBC Dominion Securities and its software products
  • Experience with Sales Force or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong proficiency in video conferencing and messenger service applications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Practical experience with a variety of social media platforms, website editors, and blogging tools
