CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE


The Client Advisor, Personal Insurance is dedicated to servicing the needs of our personal insurance clientele. In addition, they will successfully manage and grow a specific book of business. Other duties include, but are not limited to facilitating policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy, reviewing existing renewals, generating new business, file reviews, and cross-selling of our products and services.


LOCATION AND STATUS

Whitehorse, YT or Alberta

Full-time, permanent


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Business, Sales/Marketing, Risk Management or related discipline or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in a similar role

  • 2+ years of related experience in insurance industry with strong working knowledge of personal insurance products;

  • Minimum a Yukon Insurance Broker License or Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License

  • CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset
