Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
- Adhere to all internal audit controls and works with internal auditors as required
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Generate reports used for the preparation of periodic financial statements
- Complete cash application to Customer and Liability accounts
- Identify and communicate exceptions and variances
- Prepare and analyze backup for working papers
- Data entry for, including but not limited to inventory, invoices, customs forms, assets, revenue and real estate
- Excellent knowledge of general ledger accounts, such as accounts payable/receivable, cash, margins and others, including balance sheet account reconciliations
- Ensure sales data is accurate and timely
- Support organizational change through initiatives that improve function-specific processes or performance
- Other duties as assigned
- College diploma and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
