EPLS PROPERTIES LTD in ARVIAT NUNAVUT is looking for 2 cleaner:

Duties Will Include

• Vacuuming, dusting, trash collection and disinfecting fixtures and surfaces
• Reporting daily to the Property Manager to obtain assigned duties for themselves and other cleaning staff
• Turning housekeeping reports and keys from checkouts to Property Manager when finished daily
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplier, replenishing supplies as needed for all properties and reporting inventories to the Property Manager for re-ordering purposes.
• Identifying concerns with equipment or other appliances and notifying the Property Manager as required.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the Property Manager to provide excellent service to internal business partners.
• Complete all tasks safely and efficiently.
• Provide support to the Property Manage by assisting inspections and making recommendations as needed.
• Ensure that all required equipment and cleaning tools are maintained and are stored as per safety regulations.
  

Hours of work ranges from 40 hours per week in accordance with the labor standards in the region. Company is offering an annual salary of $73,800k and overtime pay over and above 40 hours per week of work. Company also provides disability benefits, medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision care, and life insurance benefits. Flexibility with work schedule is an asset as some assignment can be early morning, evenings, or weekends. Housing subsidy at $2000.00 per month. Right candidate must possess a valid driver’s license or be willing to obtain driver’s license. Vehicle will be supplied by the employer. Related experience will be an asset.
