The Champion of First Impressions in our Grande Prairie office is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming work environment at reception and over the phone. They also provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner to both our internal and external customers, work closely with our Culture & Technology team and offer administrative support when required. This role will start as soon as the successful candidate is found, and will extend to March 2022.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide general assistance to all internal and external customer in a positive and professional manner
  • Operate a multi-line switchboard and directing calls to multiple offices
  • Assist the regional management and sales team with administrative functions
  • Manage all incoming mail including courier deliveries to the main reception, distribution of items to the appropriate person/department and process outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies; including furniture, general office and kitchen supplies
  • Provide regular housekeeping duties while maintaining a clean and tidy office environment; including washrooms and kitchen area
  • Provide office support when required

Requirements
  • An uplifting and positive attitude
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to prioritize accordingly
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and motivated to succeed
