We are seeking for a few new members to join our team at our Penticton locations.

- KOJO at 3480 Skaha Lake road, Penticton, BC.

- KOYA at 101-93 Winnipeg street, Penticton, BC

Shifts are between 4-9pm, Tuesday to Saturday, minimum 3 hours/day

* Responsible for ensuring respectful, positive and welcoming customer service. Role includes explaining the menu, specials, ingredients, answering questions, taking orders and serving customers

* Training will be provided: POS system, answering phone calls, and online ordering system

* Keep service area clean and safe

* Follow safety procedures

* As required: opening and closing, and any other necessary duties

Requirements
- English language skills, both written and oral

- Good communication skills, honesty and a polite attitude

- The willingness to help others

- Work well independently and in a team environment

- Outstanding time management and multi-task skills
- An interest in working in a rapidly changing and busy environment
- Food safe/Serving It Right certificate is an asset

- Curiosity about Japanese and Japanese culture

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.20 per hour
