Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will work with the accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!

Your responsibilities in this role

• Manage accounts receivables and remittances
• Kick off general ledger reports weekly
• Address payment issues or other discrepancies
• Help manage customer database accounts
• Record payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers
  

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
• Knowledge of Cash Applications
• 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
