Integrated Staffing is currently searching for a Manager, North America Capital Procurement with our client based out of Florenceville NB.Our Client is a Canadian multinational frozen food company established in 1957 in Florenceville, New Brunswick, Canada. It is the world’s largest manufacturer of frozen potato products.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY* Base salary range between 120K – 130K depending on candidate experience* Leadership opportunities to manage a small team* Health benefits, contribution plan, vacation time, sick time, personal days, etc.* Part of a larger company with locations across Canada, growth and development* Pay increases based on performance* Bonus incentive paid out annuallyTHE JOBThis role will lead developing and executing procurement plans for the applicable capital projects within the region by working collaboratively with stakeholders within the regional business.The role will include partnering with the project team (engineering, technical services, manufacturing, SUM, QA), global engineering and global & regional procurement teams to ensure the successful execution of project purchasing requirements supporting project goals in regard to:* Safety* Quality* Budget* Schedule* Optimizing Total Cost of OwnershipREQUIREMENTS* Education – bachelor’s degree, preferably in procurement/business, project management or Engineering.* Master of Business Administration is a plus* Minimum 7-8+ year’s procurement and/or engineering/project management experience* Certifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM) or Project Management is a plus* Demonstrated Project Management experience is a plus* Proficient in MS Office Suite and procurement software (Coupa)* Proven capability to develop and maintain strong collaborative business relationships across multiple sites and countries within NA* Ability to influence effective decision-making with cross functional teams* Highly developed interpersonal skills with diversity & inclusion sensitivity* Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate positions and recommendations (electronically and verbally) to various audiences and at all levels of the business* Ability to manage both; execution of and delegation of tasks and measure progress across multiple priorities* Ability to work independently and within teams on both strategy and tactical projects with minimal supervision.If you have experience or are interested in gaining experience in Capital Procurement then this just might be the job for you!
