Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales DrivenPosition is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week.Normal Office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMCome and Join our Fast Growing, Continued Growth, and Vibrant Call CenterPrimary Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
  • Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances
  • Place Customer orders in computer system
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch
  • Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • Strong command of English with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Team player
  • Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset
