Duties And Responsibilities Of The Call Center Agent

• Educating customers about the products and services.
• Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services
• Listening to and understand customer needs and answer any questions they may have
• Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
• Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!

Qualifications of the Call Center Agent:

• Passionate for customer service
• An empathetic and caring approach
• Strong work ethic
• A positive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!
  

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work Full-Time
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background check
• Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred
• 18 years of age and older
