YOUR ROLE

The Aldo Group is seeking an individual who can support both the Ladies Footwear and Mens Sperry business units. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, a strong communicator, highly organized, possess strong Excel skills, and have a solid understanding of the merchant aspects of our business. This individual will work directly with the buying team and serve as a liaison with all internal departments, including E-commerce, Marketing, Product, and the Purchase Administration team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide POM teams with monthly DFU files to ensure timely deliveries for launch dates and product release calendar.
  • Check in with buyers in case of delays or opportunities for advancement.
  • Validate retail prices for the retail channel in SAP.
  • Coordinate with POM team on SAP orders execution and delivery changes.
  • Assist in creating Buying Excel tools for each channel (E-commerce, Retail Stores) to display assortments arriving by month (marketing brief).
  • Maintain Excel document with style info, images, order quantities, and retails by channel.
  • Run weekly recap from dashboard and send to buying team (sales, inventory, availability).
  • Print weekly KPI reports for the team (OTB, XBR, Budget Summaries, Sales Analysis).
  • Support buying team in GTM milestones reporting and presentation building (e.g., Master List - GTM, Key Messages, Big Bets, Best Sellers).

  • College degree or bachelor’s degree in a related program
  • 1-2 year working experience. Retail background an asset- understanding of buying cycle
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attitude and a strong team player
  • Strong proficiency in MS suite ( Excel, powerpoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
