Business System Analyst

• Solid understanding of IAM concepts specific to 1. Lifecycle Administration 2. Audit & Reporting and 3. Control Execution
• Ideal range of experience: 5-10 years
• University or College education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CBAP, Scrum Master or other related industry certifications are considered an asset

• Overall Lifecycle Mgmt. processes and intake to ensure successful execution of Technology strategies from Onboarding thru to Offboarding
• Ensure FH staff fully transitioned to CL IAM processes and practices
• Ensure Compliance and regulatory requirements (identities and life cycle mgmt.) are addressed and fully aligned with CL
• Provide FH with guidance and oversight to achieve integration into CL IAM processes
• Documentation, training, job aids and processes required to support changes related to IAM processes
• Employee onboarding / offboarding
• Document Current state and future state workflows specific to core IAM processes
