NOW HIRING: Business Manager

LOCATION: Centennial Nissan, Summerside, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Monday - Saturdays, 40-45 hours per week

WAGES: Commission based ($40,000+ per year) + benefits

THE PERFECT FIT:

We are looking for an outgoing person who is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies to obtain credit approvals. This person will be a key player for presenting and educating customers on the options available to them - i.e., extended warranties, insurances, etc. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a keen interest in helping people during the sales process. Strong customer service skills are required for our goal of complete customer satisfaction.

• Effective active listening skills
• Previous experience as a Business Manager is considered a strong asset, although not mandatory. (Training will be provided for the right candidate.)
• Valid driver’s license

JOB TASKS:

• Oversee dealership’s finance and insurance department
• Coordinate and finalize vehicle financing and leasing transactions, working closely with lenders
• Offer various insurance and aftermarket products to customers
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in finance and insurance sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions
• Review and submit all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales and financing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Prepare finance-related documents like bill of sales, contracts, credit applications, and insurance proofs, etc.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Present value in all available products and services to customers
