Our Digitization and Automation Team within Global Wealth and Asset Management is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, team-oriented Business Analystwho has a passion for solving problems, gathering requirements, and finding creative solutions while always having the customer at the forefront of their thinking. This role will focus on automation activities, working closely with technical team members in the creation of various solutions including software robots, internal websites, and low-code platforms. Applicants require background and experience in analytical roles, a proven ability to work closely with various partners, and a strong desire to learn what is needed to properly support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements for automation initiatives including current/future state mapping and gap analysis.

  • Creating UAT strategies and test plans, sometimes driving them and at other times facilitating their execution.

  • Initiating, leading and supporting automation work.

  • Working directly with technical team members, building and enhancing low-code solutions as well as supporting them.

  • Identifying risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Building solutions with preferred practices in mind (scalable solutions with solid architecture using best demonstrated practices, following Manulife’s standards).

  • Previous Business Analysis experience.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Toronto, Ontario is expected to be between $51,525.00 CAD - $85,875.00 CAD.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
