We are looking for current students to be teaching assistants this Fall 2021 for any of BUS 250, 285, 491, and 484. Responsibilities include marking and other duties as assigned by the instructor.

The lab teaching assistant is responsible for teaching and supervising labs and marking assignments for BUS 285 Intro to Financial Accounting. The lab assistant may also be assigned other duties such as helping with class zoom meetings and exams.

The BUS 285 lab will be taught remotely in accordance with the instructor’s plans. The successful candidate would potentially need to be available during the scheduled day & time of the class to provide class and exam support.
Position Requirements
Applicants must have completed the course requiring a lab /teaching assistant prior to the beginning of the Fall 2021 term and received a minimum grade of 75% in the course. They must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the concepts and practices relating to the course.

The lab assistant must possess the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate good judgment and maturity, and must be well-organized.
