What do we need?

As a Lead Development Representative (LDR) you will be an important member of the leasing team, playing a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling customers and providing input on which units generate the best leads. Your goal will be to help prospect inbound and outbound leads to help leasing agents determine the clients’ wants and needs.

Requirements

Must-have

Experience in a customer-facing role

Comfortable on the phone

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always changing start-up environment

Bilingual (EN/FR)

Nice-to-have

Previous experience in a startup environment

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Knowledge of Montreal, Toronto and/or Chicago neighbourhoods
